This is how we treat all the personal data we receive from you.

• We will use the data with the purpose of your participation in the conference (printing MUNUSAL accreditations, event attendance lists, contact lists for logistical information about the conference).

• We will keep your data to send you further information about MUNUSAL. You can request not to receive this information by contacting us.

• We will use anonymous data for statistical purposes in order to improve our conference or ask for sponsorships.

 

2 / Photography

There will be a photographer during the conference. Participation means that you agree to be photographed or filmed during the conference, and grant us the right to use these as promotional material or display them on our social media.

 

3 / Cancelations

You can cancel your application as a delegate at any time. We will reimburse 50% of the participation fee if the cancellation is made over one month prior to the start date of the conference. We will not reimburse any money if the cancellation is made with less than a month's notice.

4 / Visas

MUNUSAL does not provide visas and is not legally responsible for your activities in Spain. MUNUSAL can only provide you with an invitation letter to attend MUNUSAL 2024 once you have paid the conference fee. In any case, these letters of invitation shall not entail any additional cost to the participants.
